Elizabeth Eldridge is a Psychological Health & Safety consultant based in St. George, New Brunswick. After her degree at Acadia University, Elizabeth began her professional journey in the mental health field working with clients with acute and chronic mental illness in inpatient and forensic care. In 2012, she launched Arpeggio Health Services after identifying the need for basic mental health education to enable “the average Joe” to recognize signs of mental distress and offer appropriate support. Arpeggio has grown into Atlantic Canada’s largest public provider of mental health training, including the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s Mental Health First Aid program and several original programs.
