As a Canadian national team bobsled pilot who competed against the best in the world, Jayson Krause discovered that the littlest things can be the difference between victory and defeat.  After all, winning could come down to the difference of just a millisecond.

As Managing Director of Level 52, Jayson now brings his leadership expertise to the Science Behind Success, an approach to leadership based on the physiology of high performance, which was piloted at the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida.
