#007 – Building Better Boundaries for Success In Business with Monique Caissie

Like you, Certified Human Behaviour Consultant Monique Caissie has seen the effects of poor communication both at work and at home.  On this episode of the Workplace Communication Podcast, we talk all about boundaries.  Listen in to discover all you need to know to be able to set the boundaries necessary to be successful in any leadership role.

Leadership tips you won’t want to miss:

  • Signs of healthy vs. unhealthy boundaries
  • The impact of poor boundaries in the workplace
  • How to share boundaries in a way that leaves people feeling respected
  • Tips to know when your boundaries aren’t being respected

Since 1984, Monique Caissie has been studying communication strategies to use in both the corporate environment and in her crisis intervention work. While she appreciates the theory that people learn by coming to their own conclusions, unlike many coaches and counselors, she uses an educational approach to helping others. With over three decades of helping others, having worked in women’s shelters, youth protection, suicide prevention, mental illness, grief support and family counseling, there is very little Monique hasn’t seen that affects our coping skills and relationships. Her fusion of real-life stories, conversational style and simple strategies connect with her audiences in an accessible and engaging manner.

If you are looking to improve, self-confidence, develop and help relationships survive and thrive, then this episode is for you!
