#110 – Ignite Your Influence and Impact by Embracing Who You Are with Richard Newman

Richard Newman’s path to communication prowess was far from conventional. At the tender age of four, he found himself grappling with the feeling of being misunderstood.

As he continued to navigate the labyrinth of human interactions, he gradually recognized that he experienced unique communication challenges.

He explored his introverted nature, and after discovering the power of body language, he even ventured to a Tibetan monastery in the Himalayas.

Little did he know that later in life, all of his experiences would culminate in a revelation that he was Autistic, shedding new light on his communication journey throughout his lifetime.

On this episode of The Workplace Communication Podcast, as Founder and CEO at Body Talk, Richard talks to us about the transformative power of embracing authenticity, which he has seen both in his own life and through his professional work.

Join us as we talk about balancing authentic voices with societal expectations, how you can lose our authenticity without even realizing it, and what you can do to reconnect with your authentic self.
