#060 – How to Create a Fulfilling Workplace with Emily Melious

From the time Emily Melious was a college student, she recognized how rarely people ended up finding themselves in fulfilling careers.  As she got into the work force, she noticed how often the roles into which people were hired weren’t necessarily the best fit for either the individual or the organization.

As a SHRM-SCP, Certified Kolbe Consultant and CEO of Launch Consulting, Emily has made it her mission to help professionals create fulfilling careers and companies create fulfilling workplaces. Since 2007, she’s transformed work into something that is satisfying, fulfilling, and energizing for everyone.

On this episode of The Workplace Communication Podcast, Emily and I dive into everything you need to do so yourself.

Leadership tips you won’t want to miss:

🎙️ Identifying the root cause of breakdowns in efficiency in your team members

🎙️ How to find fulfilment in the workplace and support your team members to do so also

🎙️ The trifecta of skill, passion and talent and why it’s so important

🎙️ Tips on hiring top performers

🎙️ Factors to consider when choosing psychological assessments for hiring
