Emily Nichols is a professional engineer with a BIG heart and a pair of safety boots in her luggage. Speaking from the stage or the factory floor, Emily inspires technical people to embrace their human skills so they can become better problem solvers, team players, and leaders.

Emily has a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering from University of Guelph and a M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University. She summarized her chemical engineering masters thesis in five Dr. Seuss rhymes.
